What I do
I lead sales and revenue operations at Axiom Human Resource Solutions and support the company's national expansion. Most of my week is spent with HR, payroll, and finance leaders who are deciding what to do about a payroll or HR setup that isn't working.
Our mission at Axiom is simple: we help you win with technology. A win looks different for every organization, so the first thing I do is ask what yours is. Then I make sure everyone on my team knows it too.
My background includes scaling teams and organizations across the software industry. What I took from it: the software matters, but the people behind it matter more. Every life you support on payroll is a life we support too, and that's the standard I hold my team to.
Education
I earned a degree in business management and operations management from California State University, East Bay. I graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the business honor society.
Off the clock
Photography is how I recharge. It's also good practice for the day job: the best images, like the best client relationships, come from paying attention to the details nobody else noticed. You can see what I'm shooting on Instagram.
